Terms of Service

1. The Agreement

By accessing the BigFatDevelopments website or purchasing and installing our software (including VibeVoidOS and associated courses), you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of these terms, do not use the software or website.

2. License & Intellectual Property

When you purchase a BigFatDevelopments digital product (processed securely through our authorized storefront, Gumroad), you are purchasing a license to use the software and digital product contents. You are not purchasing the rights to the intellectual property itself.

You may not:

  • Repackage, resell, or redistribute our software, source code, or course materials.
  • Claim ownership over the VibeVoidOS architecture or Vibe Code Engineering methodologies.

3. Keys & Access

Any key that accompanies our software or digital products is for your own personal use only. It is valid for activation on up to 3 computers owned by you. If a key is found to be pirated, distributed publicly, or shared across unauthorized machines, BigFatDevelopments reserves the right to instantly revoke the key and lock the software without a refund.

4. The Edge of Engineering (Limitation of Liability)

We are not qualified software developers. We are self-taught, still learning, and exploring the potential of Human-AI collaboration at the edge of current AI capabilities. By nature, this means you will encounter friction, bugs, and unexpected behaviors. If you encounter a minor fault, we challenge you to fix it yourself—not to dodge responsibility, but because navigating friction is how you develop your own skills and confidence.

BigFatDevelopments provides all software and digital products "as is," without warranties of any kind. Under no circumstances shall BigFatDevelopments be held legally or financially liable for any damages—including, but not limited to, lost data, corrupted files, system crashes, or AI hallucinations—arising from the use of our software. You are the Pilot; you are responsible for backing up your own work.

5. Refunds

All purchases are governed by our central Refund Policy.

6. Ever-Evolving Terms

Our work is never-ending. Things change daily. As our exploration and software evolves, these terms may evolve as well. By continuing to use our software, you accept the terms as they currently stand.
