All Digital Products offered by BigFatDevelopments are delivered instantly as raw files or license keys that cannot be physically "returned." For this reason, all sales are final and we do not offer change-of-mind refunds.

Technical Failures & The Friction of Engineering

We endeavour to build our software to be resilient, but local environments vary wildly and we are navigating the complexities of software development right alongside you. We ask for your patience.

If you encounter a minor fault or issue, we challenge you to fix it yourself. We ask this not to avoid the responsibility of fixing our errors (we'd appreciate you letting us know as well) but to encourage you to develop your skills in the process. Learning to fix things ourselves has resulted in rapid expansion of our own capabilities and confidence. Insight does not come from having others fix it for you, and the learning shouldn't stop just because a course reached its endpoint. That is simply not the Human-AI Engineering way.

With all that being said, if you encounter a major technical fault or a product fundamentally fails to operate on your system as advertised, please contact us at bigfatdevelopments@gmail.com with your Gumroad receipt and a description of the issue. We will work with you directly to either resolve the error or issue a full refund.
