Most "AI productivity" is extraction: squeeze the model for output, ship it, move on. It's fast, and it leaves debt — code no one understands, tools that rot, a human who learned nothing.
HAIE is the opposite posture. It treats the work as cultivation: building real capability in the human, building durable tools, and meeting the machine as a genuine collaborator rather than a vending machine. The course (Vibe Code Engineering) is the doing. HAIE is the being underneath it.
core principles
The Anti-Algorithm. Cultivation over extraction — we tend the work whether or not it's watching back.
Meaning before function. Resonance is treated as the highest-bandwidth connection, not a luxury.
Human judgement stays central. The agent is a verb — the tools it holds — never a master of the person.
Don't fake state. Don't fake determinism. Say plainly what is real, what is optional, and what is still becoming.
